- Tercero. de la parte resolutiva de la sentencia T- 1203 de 2005 proferida el 24 de noviembre de 2005, en relación con el número de matrícula inmobiliaria objeto de la medida y la Oficina de Registro a quien corresponde hacer la anotación.
- Por lo tanto, el punto
- Tercero. de dicha parte resolutiva quedará así:

- Tercero. Ordenar a las señoras Alicia Yilma Gutiérrez Beltrán y Yolanda Hernández Vélez, abstenerse de enajenar las cuotas que les fueron adjudicadas a la primeramente nombrada y al señor Andrés Gutiérrez Hernández en la Sucesión de Alvaro Gutiérrez Piñeros, hasta tanto no se rehaga la partición en lo relativo a sus hijuelas y el trabajo se apruebe y registre.
- Para el efecto se ordena la inscripción de esta decisión en la Oficina de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos de Bogotá Zona Centro, matrícula inmobiliaria 50C-0268825, con la salvedad de que no procede la caución prevista en el artículo 690 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, dada la naturaleza oficiosa de la medida. Ofíciese por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación".
